1. Daniel 12:1 (First part) “And at that time shall _________ stand up, the ______ ___________ which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.” THE WORD MICHAEL MEANS “WHO IS LIKE GOD?” HE IS LIKE GOD BECAUSE HE IS GOD, ONE WITH THE FATHER FROM ALL ETERNITY. MORE THAN TWENTY TIMES IS THE NEW TESTAMENT WE READ THAT CHRIST “SETTETH ON THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD.” COLASSIANS 3:1 OR “SIT DOWN ON THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD.” HEBREWS 10:12.

A. MICHAEL MEANS “WHO IS LIKE GOD?” THE ONLY ONE WHO IS LIKE GOD IS CHRIST. JOHN 1:1, 14.

B. THE “PRINCE OF THE HOST” OR “PRINCE OF PRINCES”, IS ALSO MICHAEL YOUR PRINCE. DANIEL 8:11, 25; 9:25. HE IS THE SAME AS MICHAEL YOUR PRINCE. DANIEL 10:21. MICHAEL THE GREAT PRINCE. DANIEL. 12:1

C. The word Archangel appears only twice in scripture. 1 Thessalonians 4:6 Where Chirst comes with a voice of the Archangel, and once in Jude 9, where Michael is called The Archangel.

Daniel 12:1 Last part “And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a ________ of __________, _________ as ____________ was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time ______ __________ shall be __________, every one that shall be found _________ in the ____________.” “The nations are now getting angry, but when our High Priest has finished His work in the sanctuary, He will stand up, put on the garments of vengeance, and then the seven last plagues will be poured out.” EARLY WRITINGS 36 WHAT DOES IT MEAN, THE BOOKS WERE OPENED? ECCLISEASTES 12:14 “For _________ shall bring every __________ into __________, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.” “GOD SHALL BRING EVERY WORK INTO JUDGEMENT.” READ ACTS 24:15 AND ROMANS 2:5, 6; AND REVELATION 20:12

3. Daniel 12:2 “And many of them that _________ in the __________ of the _________ shall awake, some to ____________ _______, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.”. WHERE DOES DANIEL SAY THE DEAD ARE, THE GOOD AND THE BAD? SLEEPING IN THE DUST OF THE EARTH. “The graves were opened, and those who had died in faith under the third angel's message, keeping the Sabbath, came forth from their dusty beds, glorified, to hear the covenant of peace that God was to make with those who had kept His law.” EARLY WRITINGS 285 1 THESSALONIANS 4:16, 17. “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the _________ of the _____________, and with the ___________ of _________: and the dead in Christ shall ______ ___________: Then we which are __________ and remain shall be ___________ ______ together with them in the clouds, to meet the __________ in the __________: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” THE RIGHTEOUS DEAD WILL BE RAISED AT CHRIST SECOND COMING AND WILL LIVE WITH HIM THROUGHOUT ETERNITY.

4. WHO ARE THOSE WRITTEN IN THE BOOK? DANIEL 12:1 (READ AGAIN) “And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.” THE BOOK OF LIFE CONTAINS THE GOOD DEEDS OF THE SAINTS. REVELATION 3:5 “He that _____________, the same shall be _________ in ___________ raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the _________ of ___________, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.”

5. WHAT ARE THE STARS IN DANIEL 12:3? “And they that be _________ shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to _____________ as the ________ for _________ and ever.” “The reward, the glories of heaven, bestowed upon the overcomers, will be proportionate to the degree in which they have represented the character of Christ to the world.”He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly." Thank God that it is our privilege to sow on earth the seed that will be harvested in eternity. The crown of life will be bright or dim, will glitter with many stars, or be lighted by few gems, in accordance with our own course of action.” 6BC 1104, 1105 “They will also have a rich reward. IN DANIEL 12:4 WE SEE THAT SOMETHING WAS SEALED? “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the __________ of the _________: many shall ______ _____ and ________, and __________ shall be _____________.” And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it. AMOS 8:12 THE BOOK OF DANIEL, WOULD BE SEALED UNTIL WHEN? DANIEL 12:4 WE HAVE LEARNED THAT THIS WAS WHAT DATE? _________ LOOK AT YOUR 2300 DAY OR YEAR CHART, OR 1798. THE PROPHECIES PERTAINING TO THE TIME OF THE END WOULD BE SEALED UNTIL THAT TIME SHOULD ARRIVE. THEN MANY WOULD SEARCH TO AND FRO, AND KNOWLEDGE CONCERNING THESE PROPHECIES WOULD BE UNDERSTOOD, THERE WAS AN INCREASE OF KNOWLEDGE ON THESE SUBJECTS. “The apostle Paul warned the church not to look for the coming of Christ in his day. "That day shall not come," he says, "except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed." 2 THESSALONIANS 2:3. Not till after the great apostasy, and the long period of the reign of the "man of sin," can we look for the advent of our Lord. The "man of sin," which is also styled the "mystery of iniquity," the "son of perdition," and "that wicked," represents the papacy, which, as foretold in prophecy, was to maintain its supremacy for 1260 years. This period ended in 1798. The coming of Christ could not take place before that time. Paul covers with his caution the whole of the Christian dispensation down to the year 1798. It is this side of that time that the message of Christ's second coming is to be proclaimed…. But since 1798 the book of Daniel has been unsealed, knowledge of the prophecies has increased, and many have proclaimed the solemn message of the Judgment near.” Great Controversy page 356 “The words of the angel to Daniel relating to the last days were to be understood in the time of the end. At that time, "many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." "The wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand." Daniel 12:4, 10.” Desire of Ages page 234 “We have reached the period foretold in these scriptures. The time of the end is come, the visions of the prophets are unsealed, and their solemn warnings point us to our Lord's coming in glory as near at hand.” Desire of Ages page 235 “So today the kingdom of this world absorbs men's thoughts, and they take no note of the rapidly fulfilling prophecies and the tokens of the swift-coming kingdom of God.” Desire of Ages page 235

7. Daniel is in vision again in Daniel 12:5 – 7 “Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river. And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders? And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a _______, __________, and an ________; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.” He asked how long, will this be that the Book of Daniel will be sealed. He was told time (360) times (360 + 360). half time (180) EQUALS 1260 DAYS OR YEARS.

WE LEARNED FOR OUR CHART THAT THE 1260 DAY PEROID OF TIME. STARTED IN 538 A.D. TO 1798 A.D. IN 538 A.D. THE BISHOP OF ROME WAS MADE HEAD OF CHRISTENDOM. IN 1798 THE POPE WAS TAKEN PRISONER.

8. STILL IN VISION DANIEL ASK WHAT SHALL BE THE END OF THESE THINGS? DANIEL 12:8, 9 “And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things? And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and _________ till the ________ of the __________.” “This period ended in 1798. The coming of Christ could not take place before that time. Paul covers with his caution the whole of the Christian dispensation down to the year 1798. But since 1798 the book of Daniel has been unsealed, knowledge of the prophecies has increased, and many have proclaimed the solemn message of the Judgment near.” Great Controversy page 356 “Time of the End” in verses 4, 9 was the time peroid from 1798 – 1844 A.D.; This is the same as “The End of Days” in verse 12. The end of time begain in 1844, to the end of the world.

9. Daniel 12:10 “__________ shall be ___________, and _______ ________, and _________; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the _________ shall __________.” "If any man will come after Me," said Christ, "let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me." Will the convicted man take the path of obedience to God's commandments? Will he, with the whole heart, with undivided purpose, seek after that life which is eternal? If so, he will obtain the riches that are imperishable, a life that measures with the life of God. All the heavenly universe is looking on to see which path he will take. Is it the way that is narrow? is it the strait gate that he is aiming to enter? Then he has taken the way of the cross, the path that leads to heaven. This decision will cut directly across his human inclination, his selfish, worldly considerations, his natural bias of character; but it will place him among the company whom Daniel saw in vision, those who are purified, made white, and tried.” Signs of The Times November 3, 1898 “The Lord will not hide his truth from the faithful watchman. Those who do the will of God shall know of His doctrine. The wise shall understand; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand.” 4 Testamonies page 527

DANIEL 12:11 “And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the ___________ that _________ ___________ set up, there shall be a ___________ _______ hundred and _________ days.” HERE WE ARE LOOKING AT 1290 DAYS OR YEARS. INSTEAD OF 1260 DAYS OR YEARS WE HAVE 1290 - WHICH WOULD EXTEND 30 DAYS OR YEARS LONGER. READ MATTHEW 24:15, 16; MARK 13:14; DANIEL 11:31; LUKE 21:20. “And the Saviour warned his followers: "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place (whoso readeth let him understand), then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains." MATTHEW 24:15, 16. When the idolatrous standards of the Romans should be set up in the holy ground, which extended some furlongs outside the city walls, then the followers of Christ were to find safety in flight. When the warning sign should be seen, judgment was to follow so quickly that those who would escape must make no delay.” 4 SPIRITUAL GIFTS PAGE 26, 27 “The time is not far distant, when, like the early disciples, we shall be forced to seek a refuge in desolate and solitary places. As the siege of Jerusalem by the Roman armies was the signal for flight to the Judean Christians, so the assumption of power on the part of our nation [the United States] in the decree enforcing the papal sabbath will be a warning to us. It will then be time to leave the large cities, preparatory to leaving the smaller ones for retired homes in secluded places among the mountains.” MARANATHA 180. WHEN THE STANDARDS OF ROME RELACED THE STANDARDS OF GOD IT IS AN ABOMINATION THAT MAKES DESOLATE THE TEACHINGS OF GOD. SEE THE CHART ON THE BACK PAGE. IN 508 A.D. THE BISHOP OF ROME MADE A POLITICAL AGREEMENT WITH CLOVIS KING OF THE FRANKS. THIS WAS THE FIRST STEP IN A SERIES OF EVENTS. THEY ALL SOON CAME TOGETHER IN 533 A.D. – 538 A.D. THESE EVENTS OPENED THE DOOR FOR THE PAPACY TO BECOME NOT ONLY OVER THE CHURCH, BUT OVER THE CHURCH AND THE STATE. THE POPE EFFECTIVELY DIVERTED ATTENTION FROM CHRIST TO HAVE SINS FORGIVEN, THEY WERE TO GO TO THE PRIEST. CHRIST IS OUR PRIEST (HEBREWS 7:20) THE 1290 DAYS OR YEARS, WHICH IS IN CONNECTION TO THE 1260 DAYS OR YEARS; THIS SEEMS TO POINT OUT A TIME THAT THE “DAILY” WAS TAKEN AWAY TO THE TIME OF THE END OR 1798. WE SEE IN HISTORY THAT SOMETHING HAPPENED IN 508 A.D., INSTEAD OF ADDING 30 DAYS OR YEARS TO 1798 ON THE END. WE GO BACK AND ADD 30 YEARS ON THE BEGINNING TO 508 A.D...

  Hebrews 7:25 “Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he _______ __________ to make _____________ for them.” Christ is the one that interceeds for us to God.
